Those bastards are just north of phone book sized. Pariah: Ravenor vs Eisenhorn (Warhammer 40,000). 51r8N7pDVLL Pariah: Ravenor vs Eisenhorn (Warhammer 40,000). Despite being fragmented, the 'Warhammer 40000'–based novel 'Prospero Burns' takes the Space Wolves to a new high. In the second book of Whilst I might have liked Ravenor a bit less if I were reading the book when it came out - it's very slightly lacking in closure - as the first third or so of an omnibus it's pretty damn good. Dan Abnett's first Warhammer 40,000 trilogy centred around the activities of the Imperial Inqusition, Eisenhorn, by and large had a laser-sharp focus on the main character, but one of the more memorable supporting characters was Ravenor, Eisenhorn's apprentice. Prospero Burns is a work of fan fiction based upon the Warhammer 40,000 gaming universe. David and I have both had a hankering for Warhammer 40K inspired fiction of late. My recomendations would be the eisenhorn omnibus, or the gaunt's ghosts series. In my case, I'd love to reread Dan Abnett's amazing work for that brand, including Eisenhorn, Ravenor, and the Gaunt's Ghosts novels–but I own them in omnibus print editions. Into the 40k universe since the mid 90′s) and i love abnett's writing, i do recommend starting with his work for anyone looking to take a step into the 40k universe.
